Terms and Conditions


1. General & Licensing
These terms apply to all services provided by Creature Pest Services (ABN:  94 674 536 684). We confirm that all technicians are fully licensed and insured in accordance with Queensland Health and QBCC requirements.

2. Scope of Work & Quotes

  • Our services cover specific pests identified in your booking (e.g., cockroaches, ants, spiders).

  • Termite Disclaimer: General pest treatments do not include termite inspections or management unless specifically listed as a line item on your quote/invoice.

  • Quotes are based on information provided by the client. We reserve the right to amend pricing if the property size or infestation level differs significantly upon arrival.
     

3. Client Obligations (Access & Safety)

  • The client must provide clear access to all areas requiring treatment.

  • Safety First: You must follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions (e.g., vacating for 1-2 hours, covering fish tanks, securing pets). Creature Pest Services is not liable for health issues or damages resulting from a failure to follow these instructions.
     

4. Service Guarantee & Disclaimer
All pest control treatments are provided in accordance with Australian Standards and come with a service guarantee specific to the pest treated and the areas serviced.

  • We offer a 6 month satisfaction guarantee (or as otherwise specified on your invoice). If pests return within this period, we will re-treat the affected area at no extra cost.

  • Re-treatment: If the treated pest returns within the stated guarantee period (6 months, or as otherwise specified on your invoice), a re-treatment may be provided at no additional cost.

  • Conditions: Re-treatment is subject to site conditions, environmental factors, and strict adherence to post-treatment instructions.

  • Exclusions: This guarantee is void if the property is not maintained in a sanitary condition or if structural issues allow for easy pest re-entry. It does not cover new infestations, untreated areas, or issues arising from structural, environmental, or third-party factors.

  • Consumer Law: Consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.


 5. Payment & Cancellations

  • Payment is required on the day of service via [Cash/Card/Bank Transfer].

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a [$50] booking fee.
